Astera Labs is a buy: revenue grew 105% year on year and 27% quarter on quarter; PCIe 4/5/6 demand persists, Scorpio volumes rise and major customers should ramp in Q3, sustaining growth. Despite fiscal-year EPS of 66 over the next four months, the next 18 months' opportunity should make the future P/E much cheaper.

The other company in the field of networks is Astera Labs. It has grown by 105% year-on-year , and 27% quarter-on-quarter . For them, they still see demand for PCIe connections.

And again, with the diverse technologies in their portfolios, many think: "Oh, you have PCIe 6 and PCIe 7, that means your old technology is obsolete." This is not true. They continue to see sales for versions 4, 5 and 6, while version 7 is being sampled now, and sampling is expected to continue here into the fourth quarter of 2026.

Overall, their Scorpio platforms , which help scale up GPU clusters, continue to achieve massive volumes. Production is increasing. Major customers are also expected to ramp up demand in the third quarter with significant volumes.

Therefore, we will continue to see revenue growth for Astera Labs as well.

The field of networking, in my opinion, is one of the most overlooked fields currently. Although this stock is trading at a slightly higher fiscal year earnings per share of 66 over the next four months, I believe the opportunity for the next 18 months will make the future price-to-earnings ratio much cheaper.

Therefore, the huge demand for AI infrastructure, and the decreasing total cost of ownership of AI data centers as more GPUs are connected, will create a very huge opportunity for the networking field.
