Now, the number three stock is AMD. This is quite interesting now because it shows no signs of falling, as AMD has seen explosive growth in 2026.

And in my case, I like to sell cash-secured puts when the stock is on the decline. We saw that in the case of Credo. We saw the same thing with Alphabet. Yet AMD is trading at new all-time highs. So, I want to be more patient with this stock.

The shares are displayed on your screen. You can see that their prices have increased by 175% in the last 12 months. And in fact, it grew by over 200% in 2026 alone.

And the stock has an Edge Score that is close to 70. So, why am I still so optimistic about this name? This is a data center. In AMD's latest quarter, revenue reached $11.5 billion.

Which is 50% more. But when you look deeper, data center revenue was $6.7 billion. And it has grown by more than 100% in the space of a year. This is the number I'm worried about.

AMD has CPUs, GPUs, networking, software, and the Helios rack-scale system or platform. They are now building a complete AI computing stack rather than just selling separate chips.

AMD says that companies such as Microsoft, Meta, ChatGPT's OpenAI, Anthropic, and Oracle are involved in the Helios deployment, to name just a few.

And that's why I'm so positive about it in the long term. I believe this is a stock that will reach $1,000 in the next 12 to 18 months, and that is my personal opinion.

But in the case of AMD, the matter is different. Even if the gap with Nvidia is narrowed slightly, the stock will still make huge profits in the future. But again, after the rise we've seen in AMD, I want to be smart about the issue.

I want to be patient. I want to see if there is a good entry point. So, I'm not in a rush to buy shares here.

I'm looking at selling the 450 December 18 puts, which would yield about $440. This would obligate me to buy 100 shares at $450, which I would be happy to do. So, I need $45,000 to secure that position.

If AMD continues to increase or stays above 450, then great. I will collect my $440. If there is a major correction, I mean a really major correction, I have prepared myself to buy more AMD shares at a much lower valuation.

If AMD falls to $350, I might have to buy at $450. The $400 or $500 premium I get for each one does n't eliminate the risk. and AMD is $445.

This leads me to AMD, Advanced Micro Devices. AMD has a unique position where it dominates the central processing unit (CPU) market, but the advantage here is not in outperforming Nvidia, but in narrowing the gap with it. Doing so could lead to huge gains for investors.
