Boeing has outperformed the S&P 500 in only three of the last 20 years and is a relative underperformer, not a stock to buy and own; defense stocks overall have not beaten the market over long periods, only in short moves.

Boeing has only outperformed the S&P 500 for three years over the last 20 years to me it's not a stock to buy and own it's it's been a relative underperformer even when you look at the defense stocks as a whole they have not outperformed the market over a long duration of time only short moves.
