BlackRock broke initial moving averages but holds its 200-day average, like Citigroup. Price action/volatility around that average and momentum (RSI near 50) are neutral; the chart is transitional, so patience, no decision. A break above 1105 is very positive; below 1050 extremely negative.

Now , BlackRock is one of the asset managers that are announcing their earnings this week as well. I would say it is similar to Citigroup in that it has broken some initial moving averages, but so far it has shown its ability to hold onto the 200-day moving average.
Therefore , in a very similar way, I see the price action and volatility around the moving average as neutral. I see the momentum as completely neutral with the Relative Strength Index at around the 50 level.
For me, this graph is in a transitional phase. This is a moment that calls for patience and refraining from making any decisions. Let's wait and see if we break through the 1105 level; that would be very positive.
Breaking the 1050 level would be extremely negative. So, similar to what we did with Citigroup, I will set two different price alerts, one for a breakout and the other for a breakout. Let's wait and see which one will be activated.
