Nvidia competition creates fear for CBRS, but continued partnerships with OpenAI and Amazon mean it is too early to judge the company as out of the game.

The reason this moment was confusing for some is that OpenAI had a partner player in creating a super-fast solution, namely Cerebras, right? The trading symbol is CBRS. Cerebras is one of those stocks that went public recently, and we can see that the stock has risen by about 20% over the past five days, and I think one of the big concerns is this.
It was like, "Ultra-fast speed was supposed to be with Cerebras, but now we see Nvidia, which was supposed to replace it, actually delivering the ultra-fast solution." So , this has created a lot of fear and risk, in my opinion, for Cerebras , hasn't it?
You kind of get the thought process of: "Okay, that's the solution to the black hole, but what will happen when Vera Rubin shows up ?" Vera Rubin will have an LPX solution. Shouldn't that be a huge competitor to Cerebras in certain aspects, especially in this kind of high-speed world?
Therefore , this creates, in my opinion, more fear for Cerebras.
However, I don't think the game is over for Cerebras either. I think it's too early to judge. There are so many different models and multiple solutions that OpenAI is working on that even if their best model doesn't use super-speed with Cerebras, that does n't mean they're out of the competition, does it?
They might keep them for other players or other models instead .
Now, Cerebras stock is up more than 3% after trading hours. The main reason is that on Friday, at the market close, Sam Altman posted on the X platform. There's some speculation about our partnership with Cerebras.
Cerebras is a close partner and we have deep connections that push the boundaries of speed. So, Cerebras' major partner , and there are two at the moment . I would say OpenAI and Amazon, and thirdly, AMD.
True, these are the three players who are really working here , but this kind of statement takes away a lot of that fear or noise. Not by a large percentage, only 3%, but I think this is a more positive indicator.
At the same time, for Cerebras , if you are a contributor to it, I think every time you start seeing another player come up with super- fast solutions, you start to wonder: "Is this the end for Cerebras because someone else can do it too?"
