CLS revenue grew 62% last quarter with 65% full-year growth expected; the stock is flat this year, down over 30% from its June high at about 18 times expected earnings. It looks cheaper, but nearly two-thirds of revenue comes from three customers, adding risk; CLS will keep bearing consequences if prices fall.

So, where does all that money go? A large portion of it goes to companies like Celestica (its stock symbol is CLS). Celestica manufactures server racks and networking equipment within AI data centers and is a preferred manufacturing partner for Google's data center hardware, including its TPU systems .
Celestica is also helping OpenAI and Broadcom build server racks for HAL V. Benio.
In the last quarter, Celestica's revenue grew by 62%, and the company expects 65% growth for the full year. However, the stock price has remained flat throughout the year, down more than 30% from its June high, and trading at about 18 times expected earnings.
The Chat fund also includes Celestica, Vertiv, TSMC, ASML, Coherent, Micron, SK Hynix and Broadcom, making it an excellent way to own the entire AI supply chain.
The Chat fund allocates 30% because it is the only fund that includes AI data center infrastructure companies , such as Google, Celestica and Vertiv.
The other four stocks, Google, Coherent, Vertiv and Celestica, each represent less than 2% of the total portfolio, so I can increase these investments over time if I wish.
Celestica shares look cheaper at 18 times, but nearly two-thirds of its revenue comes from just three customers. Therefore, there is an added risk, and I believe it will continue to bear the consequences if prices continue to fall.
