Core Weave is under heavy selling pressure, down about 16-17%, with debt concerns after heavy AI borrowing and bond-market signals of rising risk. RSI below 30 is oversold but not an immediate rebound. Nearing support at 60.55 and April 2025 pivot peak; if that holds it may bounce, but a break could drop to 57.65.

We'll start with the biggest losers , Core Weave and MBIS, large software companies that have come under pressure and experienced a significant decline. Okay, let's take a look at Core Weave first, where we can see that we are heading towards new lows as we speak, with a drop of approximately 16 to 17% during the day.

Essentially, Core Weave has borrowed heavily for its AI-building investments, and the bond market highlights that it is accumulating debt and increasing risk. This is what the bond market did, and then Elon Musk came along and highlighted it by saying "Wow," which brought a lot of attention to the topic.

Just today, the 30-day average trading volume on Core Weave is 30.45 million shares, and with two hours left until the market closes, we're approaching double or even triple that by the end of the day.

It's interesting to see it reach 77 million. Therefore, there is a lot of trading volume today on Core Weave stock, which is driving the price down. On the Relative Strength Index, we are just falling below the 30 level, and as you know from those who have studied technical analysis, when momentum breaks below the 30 level into the oversold zone, it can stay in that range for weeks.

It's not an immediate rebound. So, however, I have identified some support levels where we are already approaching the lows of the charts.

The lowest level in 52 weeks is at 60.55, and it is exactly here. But first, where did Core Weave find some support? Well, as we can see if we go back, this is the pivot peak from April 2, 2025, and the price is currently stabilizing at that level.

As we can see, once we reached this level, we clearly bounced back from it. Here, we broke the level downwards, but we came back up again . So, this is the level of credibility I would give to Corweave today, where you get some kind of support here, and don't fall apart any further. Yes, there are some buyers at this level.

Now, what if this level collapses? What if it breaks? Therefore, the trend lines that I was trying to draw from these higher lows were not entirely accurate. Even if we tried to draw one together, you know, if you moved to that pivot point and cut the path, the trend line might work, but I don't like it. I prefer these two more.

So, I'm watching this downtrend line here, where it was limiting the price as resistance, and once we broke through it, the price started bouncing off it as support. Now, if we head down, there is this pivot peak at 57.65 with a few touches on it, as a horizontal trend line that may provide support for Corweave.

But if we head down to this downtrend line, the price could reach 55.53, depending on when that happens. So, I'm eager to see if this software giant will bounce back at these levels or continue selling.
