$DAL

DAL has strong demand and growing revenue, but rising fuel costs currently hurt margins; potential for significant profitability if fuel costs decline while pricing remains high.

Delta Airlines reporting earnings. The stock initially flushing down to 78. It's recovered to about 80. they basically had pretty good numbers except they did I mean little literally there's a ton of demand for flying and I think that's incredible considering the price of airline tickets right now.

Um, even for first class and like upgrades is is incredible. So much demand. Um, their revenue is growing which is great. Their revenue as a company. It's not good for us because we're all paying these higher fees and taxes and essentially it's taxes, but it's it's they're raising prices non-stop.

So, the revenue is growing, but the fuel costs are skyrocketing faster, and that's why the stock is down today.

Now, I will say this is Delta, if you get a drop in these these fuel prices, diesel, gasoline, and really it's jet fuel that affects them. If they get their cost down, they are going to be killing it as a company because the demand is incredible.

If their costs go down and they can keep prices, and this is what stinks for you and I as as consumers is that when they see the demand is still there to pay these higher prices, even if their input costs like jet fuel drop, do you think they're actually going to drop prices?

And the answer is no, they're not. And so they'll make a ton of money. you and I are not going to see the benefits of that most likely unless demand for airline tickets subsides.

The only level I see that I'd be interested in, there's a gap fill here at 70, just below 78. 78 could be of interest and then a secondary gap fill that I like even more at 7635.

The reason I like this one, it's the ab it's the absolute low and then look if you stretch it over, look at this look, pivot high, pivot point where it gaps above, then it forms it into support, support, and so on.

So this is like the golden level of the day right here at around 7650. If you're aggressive, 7780 might be an opportunity on that.
