Finally, I put another five dollars into each of Federal Realty, Realty Income, and SoFi . Now, Federal is actually the only real estate investment trust (REIT ) with the status of a "dividend king ," and I really hope they are influenced by our high interest rate environment.
But I've already started to see some weakness in the price, so I've started investing in it a little more . But yes, I hope its price continues to fall. Oh man. It's a stock I really want to stockpile.
Well, I can tell you right away that Federal Realty is probably the company whose prices I most hope will drop sharply in the next few months so that we can increase our investment in it even further.
