The Federal Realty Trust investment offers a good return, but when you see a 4% return, which is less than a 10-year Treasury bond on a real estate investment trust, it means that the fund is of high quality.
So, the market is happy to pay more for this investment fund compared to what it would get from 10-year Treasury bonds. A beautiful graph, nothing to complain about here. 59 years of consecutive dividend growth.
If this continues, it could be interesting. So, it is probably a company of good quality and fair price under these circumstances.
