$GE

GE has formed an M pattern, so rallies to ~$338 face stiff resistance, and a bounce after breaking its April 2025 rising trend line must clear ~$321.7. A two-day bounce from the 382 fib retrace could be a near-term base to retest that trend line, with $300 and ~$288 support and a wish to own GE at a discount.

Uh, next up with GE guys. Now, GE, as you know, has been helping to power the build out of all of this um AI data centers, and this is they're using a lot of GE aerospace engines. It's really quite amazing.

But you can see here from the uh big parallel that we've been in with GE, we've nearly been just going straight up. Yeah, we've had some pullbacks, but then we just continued rallying and moved right up.

Most recently put in an M pattern on the chart. That tells me any sort of rally right up to 338 is going to be found with stiff stiff resistance. Now, in the near term, you could see on this inclining trend line from the April 2025 lows connected over to this low pivot from this year in April.

Now, notice when I zoom in, when price came down, we bounced and consolidated right on top of that level. This is trend line analysis at work and in play right here. Notice how it did provide a bounce.

If you go from the low up to the high, that was about a 7% bounce. And then on the stock of GE, that's actually a pretty good mover as this stock doesn't move quite a lot.

Now, since we've come right back down and broken that trend line, that tells me any bounce, the near-term resistance to get over is going to be right here at $321.7.

The next stop, as I've already highlighted, is going to be the bottom of this M pattern, right around $339 to $340. Now, here's another interesting piece of information. Why don't we go ahead and take this fib retrace all the way back here to this um inclining trend line, the low here of 2025.

Draw that first entry point there. Then the last one on this most recent pivot high top. Look what price action just hit on Thursday of last week. Hit that 382 fib retrace. Nice two-day bounce since that point.

So, this is and could be the very much near-term location for GE to go up and retest this inclining trend line. Beyond that, as I've said, we still could be moving up higher, but be watching if price curls back over.

As I still watch this 300 level marker as well as the bottom of the parallel right around 288 as solid levels of support, ones that can take price back up to that trend line and eventually back up to the 50% area of the parallel channel.

So, just keep GE on your radar. Would be nice to tuck that away in the portfolio, particularly at a discounted rate.
