It intends to remain at the forefront of artificial intelligence development, and the delay in releasing models may have limited the recent rise in Alphabet Google shares.
JPMorgan issued a memo stating essentially that Google Alphabet needs to re-establish its position at the level of leading models, which this will achieve and perhaps will. As a leader in artificial intelligence for both the industry and investors in the future.
The stock is seeing a slight rise here, but this industry has become dependent on successive leaps with these pioneering models, Diane, where everyone introduces a new model, everyone gets excited about it, it gets great ratings, and then someone else introduces an even newer model.
But yes, they definitely need to catch up a bit, especially with all the talk surrounding Meta Muse and some of the other leading models at the moment. But yes, this is something investors are desperately hoping for at this stage.
