Google should have a very good next year on TPUs; raised TPU sales estimates are right if enough units can be manufactured, units not in prior 2H-next-year estimates, and analysts are catching up. A TPU9 delay is a risk, though diversifying suppliers beyond Broadcom is smart; Broadcom remains the custom-chip king.

By switching to Google. The stock started the week at 349, then fell by about 3.5% to close the week at 336. This comes as Waymo, the self-driving car company, prepares to begin its rides in Toronto by 2028.

CNN is granting Google access to its content for AI training.

YouTube is currently in talks with publishers about a potential audiobook service. I think this is very exciting. But it would be interesting if you got this service as part of a YouTube Premium subscription, or if you like books, this gives you another platform to consume them.

So I think this is just another example of Google's attempts to diversify its supply chain, but there is only one king of custom chips in the world, and that is Broadcom. Now, Evercore has raised Alphabet's, Google's parent company, estimates for potential TPU sales.

I agree with this view that if they were able to manufacture enough of these units, they were not included in the estimates for the second half of next year, at least the last time I looked at Google's estimates.

I think analysts are starting to catch up on this.

Google is moving within a wedge pattern. Wow, this peg is extremely narrow. They will announce the profits within 11 days. Wow, look at that peg. Low peaks, high troughs. These patterns usually tend to break in the direction of the prevailing trend.

Not always. Look at the stocks of Chinese electric vehicle companies this week. They had a similar configuration and ended up with huge red candles to the downside. So we'll see what happens, but there's plenty of support for Google if it drops further.
