HPE has been in the news several times this week, and there's more to come. Okay, let's move on to talking about HPE. Those stocks are rising, gaining more than 4% now in early trading.

This comes based on an optimistic outlook, excuse me, from Daiwa. Daiwa raised its rating on HPE stock from "neutral" to "outperform". It also increased its price target from 65 to 75.

So, it is clear that it is trying to catch up and sees more opportunities for what is to come. The catalyst here is stronger expectations for the networking sector. This comes after HPE's investor day.

We had many analysts who updated their views and price targets for HPE following that investor day.

They are expecting high double-digit growth for years to come for their networking sector. This is higher than their previous expectations, which ranged between 5 and 7%. Therefore, they expect this business to grow faster than they had previously estimated here.

As we know, profitability is also expected to improve. This supports this elevated view of Daiwa. HPE expects an operating margin for the networking segment in the mid to upper twenties percent range.

This, as you know, is compared to what we saw previously around that range of 22% for the third fiscal quarter.

We primarily expect, from an analyst's perspective, faster sales growth and stronger profitability here from HPE. Daiwa highlights HPE's reach across servers, networks, and storage, Nicole, for this perspective.

This clearly indicates an upward trend from here, and HPE has performed very well this year so far.

uh that whole group, not just Dell itself, if you look at HPE, if you look at AVT, everything that's supplying a lot of the components of the AI trade, which there's so much discussion of who the winning model will be, it seems like the components of of of that business are still very strong. So there's definitely a lot of accumulation there
