$LII

LII's housing business is weak and the stock is low; earnings remain and guidance was cut only from 25 to 24, though the market expects more housing weakness. With a 6-7% shareholder return, it looks fairly priced after excessive enthusiasm, is back on track and may be worth buying below its long-term trend, as now.

Lennox International's housing business is not doing well, and the stock is low. I would say that we are now perhaps at safe prices, but the earnings are still there , and the market is expecting more weakness in the housing sector because you see that the guidance has been reduced by only one dollar from 25 to 24.

The earnings are still there, but the stock is currently priced at a return to shareholders of 6-7 percent, and what happened here was just excessive enthusiasm and madness in the market.

So, he is now reasonably back on track. You may want to buy it when it is under its long-term trend as it is here. That is the strategy being followed with these stocks, which are currently fairly priced.
