Eli Lilly is the least risky, most sensible pick: an acquisition machine he calls the S&P 500 of healthcare, using its $1.22 trillion market cap and capital to buy up successful startups and competitors. Its PEG of about 1.9 is under his preferred 2, and valuation stays reasonable despite strong performance.

This next option has a PEG ratio of around 1.9, which is a bit of a magic number as I prefer to be under two for some of these providers. This is the company here. It's Eli Lilly.
Eli Lilly is already a trillion-dollar company , but I call it the "S&P 500" of artificial intelligence. Because this meeting on Saturday could go disastrously for Moderna, and then the stock will fall back to $140, and you will have lost all your gains.
It could also go very well, and the stock could reach $300. This is your high-volatility option. Your least risky and most sensible option, in my opinion, is an option like Eli Lilly.
let's get back to Eli Lilly. I see Eli Lilly somewhat as a player in the S&P 500 in the healthcare sector. The reason I say this is that instead of picking a bunch of individual healthcare stocks, you can look at Eli Lilly as an entity that comes up to anyone who's starting to get successful and grow and says, "You know what?
We're going to buy your software. We're going to buy your startup." They are really good at acquisitions. They are a machine of acquisition. I mean, they literally swallow up every competitor they can get their hands on.
They have the capital needed to do so. And they have the reputation to do so . And they have the profitability to do so. They possess the necessary market value to do so. I mean, they have a market value of over a trillion dollars.
Yes , a market capitalization of $1.22 trillion. It's a very large company. And rightfully so . Therefore, I believe this is the least risky option, and I still think their valuation is reasonable despite the fact that their performance has been very good indeed.
