NFLX's weak guidance after decent earnings drove it to 52-week lows and below its July 2026 pivot low, opening potential downside to about 6150. Yet the confluence of an unfilled gap and a double bottom supports a scalpable day-trade long and a swing-trade long.

Now Netflix on the other side had decent earnings but their guidance was weak and that stock is collapsing.
Now, we'll get into the 10-year yield, but these are more important right now. These are opportunities to make money. These are the ones that I will be looking for directly in the live day trading room for trading opportunities.
I'll even give you guys some swing trade levels as well, um, inclusive of Netflix.
Now, Netflix's level, it's down significantly. Like I said, their guidance was not robust enough. It wasn't good enough for the market. So, the stock sold and it's already been basically at 52- week lows.
So, looking at it, here's your pre-market and overnight action trading down about I think that's about 5% or more. The key here is look at where it's trading. It's trading below the pivot low from July 2026.
So, the fact that it's below opens the trap door to more downside.
I think there's a scalpable opportunity for Netflix. This is both a day trade long and in my humble opinion, a swing trade long as well. Looking at it very clearly here, descending trend line on the daily chart going back to April of 2025.
The stock already trading below this pivot low. it opens the trap door to potentially come down to about 6150 or so. That should be a significant level.
Now, the key here is is there an an additional level here? And the answer is yes. It's a little hard to see here, but if I come back here, look at this right here. There's a gap that was never filled.
There's a the red candle and then the next day we opened up here. Basically, we closed at 6120. We opened the next day at around 6210. It's almost a dollar gain on that over 1% on the gap and that is a level with an additional helping level just below at the double bottom.
So what we can do here is we put at that gap fill we put a trend line there and we also have that secondary level. We bring it all the way back out here to our current levels and look at what happens here folks.
Let me just bring it all the way out here and you could see how it coordinates right at that same level.
So remember, confluence of levels increases probability of success. I'm not using emotion. I'm not saying, oh, who cares about like like there's so many emotional people in this world, in fact, most people that, you know, you have people that hate Netflix, they love Netflix, they, you know, they hate a show, they love a show, they say, "Oh, it's old.
It's washed up." I couldn't care less. A good trader doesn't care about the narratives. The narratives are used to essentially get traders and investors that are kind of immature off sides on a trade.
The way you can be the casino versus the gambler, and remember, the casino does lose sometimes, just like me. But I want to win a majority of the time, is by shutting down emotion.
What does the chart tell me? Just that simple. That's what you got to go with. And if you can, you can revolutionize your financial future. It's just I mean, I've done it myself.
I mean, that's how I came up doing this and figuring out unfortunately the hard way. But that to me is my swing trade level.
