The speaker picks Nokia: its spectrum-efficiency goal targets pilot deployment at the end of this year and commercial availability in 2027; AI data centers are its fastest growth area, with last-quarter AI/cloud sales more than doubling and optical networking/IP expected to grow 25% or more next year. Nvidia invested $1 billion at $6 per share last year, and Nokia now trades around $8 and below the S&P 500's 19 forward P/E.

Shares of Nokia, Uber, and Nvidia are all trading below the S&P 500's forward price-to-earnings ratio of 19.
