Nvidia's neutral 'power everything' strategy under Jensen Huang makes it a compelling long-term holding.

take us through Nvidia and how you're looking at Nvidia right now. Uh, you know, it's just hard not to absolutely love Nvidia, you know, because of Jensen Wang. I mean, you know, I know I've been I'm I'm like the open-source AI guy.
I talk about it pretty much every week. I mean, we see what you know, Daario and Sam Alman, Open AI and Anthropic have been doing. And, you know, Nvidia is taking that different approach.
Now obviously Nvidia and Open AI or I'm sorry open AI and anthropic need uh Nvidia but you know Nvidia is just like hey we just want to power it and and it just reminds me what's so exciting about it is you know I lived through the PC era my first business was actually building PCs I know that might sound weird in these days but we used to bolt them together custom order and everything and you know whether it be DOSs and you know DOSs was Microsoft DOSs was like this way that made the computer accessible to everyone.
Then of course, Windows, you know, Windows 3.11 particularly, you know, it took off. Windows 95, so on. And all of these hardware providers, they were like, "Hey, we don't care what operating system you run.
Just buy our hardware and we know that that is Nvidia." And I just love the way that Jensen Wang is approaching it is just saying, "Hey, we're going to support everything. We're going to power this move."
So, let's dive into the chart here for Nvidia. We had a period of more rangebound activity and then they broke out and it's been a bit more of a bumpy ride since then, but what are you seeing in the technicals here?
our recent activity has been an upward sloping channel type shape. We had a bit of a decline after failing to take out our old highs near 23654. You can see we had another prominent high near 232 as well as here near 230.
So, kind of this general area uh was a resistance zone that price was not quite able to overtake yet. So now we can see that our upward sloping channel uh shape here that began with these lows is still in play for now.
We are on pace for a harami type candle today where the real body of our smaller green candle is completely contained within the previous day's larger red body. Real body being the distance between the open to the close.
Often viewed as a sign of potential stall in momentum. So uh an interesting one to to keep on the lookout for going forward. um our 5-day exponential moving average in dark blue 22768 lines up pretty closely with our tread line.
So if we start to break far below that one, we could see a push toward our 21-day EMA representing one month of trading activity, our exponential moving average coming in at 223.
RSI had been trending lower, but it looks like we could be breaking above our relative highs as well as our downward sloping red trend line for this momentum indicator. So, some signs of more bullishness there as well.
Finally, volume profile shows that we have a node 218 to 223 uh below our current activity here. So, this could be a potential foothold if things do start to deteriorate.
