$NVDA

Nvidia is between its 100-day and 200-day averages, historically a good time to buy the stock, which leans bullish ahead of earnings in about a month; $35 billion of export-compliant GPU orders, with China possibly easing restrictions, would tangibly lift EPS.

and when we get to the "Nvidia" section and the other sections in today's video , we will see that funding related to these data centers is becoming increasingly difficult and tight .

surpassing Nvidia, after losing the top spot to Nvidia and Microsoft over the past two years

Turning to Nvidia, the week began at 2:15 and the stock has fallen by about 2% this week to reach 2:11. This comes as Jensen Huang was at, I believe, the GTC event this week. That was probably in Germany.

He says: "Look, there is a shortage of capital that is hindering the growth of emerging cloud companies." This is not surprising to anyone who steps away from Twitter and leaves the superficial analysis of these emerging cloud companies.

Now, there are some rumors that Nvidia may offer financial support. I don't know if Oracle is necessarily considered a cloud startup company . They have a large software business that generates a lot of free cash flow, but they may support Oracle's data centers , which essentially means they guarantee funding for those data centers if Oracle is unable to do so .

Nvidia now has $35 billion in orders for new graphics processing units that comply with export restrictions. As most of you know, they are obviously selling to every cloud service provider that can raise money for these units here in North America, but Chinese companies were not actually restricted from buying them by the U.S. government.

In fact, it was the Chinese government that did not want them to buy it. It appears that China may be easing some restrictions. I mean, $35 billion, even for a company the size of Nvidia, would make a tangible difference in terms of earnings per share.

but they have Nvidia in their back pocket.

Nvidia will not be announcing its earnings for some time. So, you obviously have all these tech companies, but you hear news from AMD, you hear from Intel, and you hear from some of the smaller companies, like Marvell.

They all announce their earnings, and then Nvidia and Broadcom announce at roughly the same time, about a month from now in fact. Look, you are between your 100-day average and your 200-day average.

Historically, and for a period of time now, this has been a good time to buy Nvidia stock.
