Nvidia is a favorite and its three financing levers look good, especially a platform targeting more than half a trillion dollars of third-party capital over time. The DSX pod, planned for early 2027, could cut deployment from 6 months to as little as 14 days, reducing idle-capital time and financing risk and aiding business success and cash flow, though it does not mean greenfield data centers can be built in two weeks; Nvidia is not lending the money, the capital is not fully deployed, and underwriters still assess each deal.

On October 22nd, the NASDAQ fell about 2.6%. One of my favorite companies, Nvidia fell about 4%.

and to me this is where Nvidia comes and takes place right Nvidia is one of those players that is really good at eliminating the fear.

Nvidia recently announced the XX pod and it kind of fits the financing story that we saw. Nvidia describes factory describes DXX pod as a factory integrated modular Vera Rubin AI infrastructure.

The company says on-site deployments can fall from 6 months to as little as 14 days. It doesn't mean data centers are going to be built in 14 days. The site still needs to have power.

It still needs to have cooling and networking still needs to be somewhat ready. So this is not a claim that green field data centers can be built in 2 weeks. It does mention it does mean that though if you do have the white space, right, you've built up this data center, this PowerShell, you can turn that compute on a lot faster.

Now this form of DSX pod is planned to be available in early 2027. My interpretation is that shortening the final deployment step could reduce the period where invested capital is not earning is not earning revenue.

But now if Nvidia is saying look instead of taking 6 months before you start collecting some of this revenue for this AI capix that you use for chips you can probably do it in less than a month and that reduces the risk and it could make it easier to finance Nvidia products.

Now, Nvidia has three different financing levers, and in my opinion, these are actually pretty good, and I want to make sure that they don't get combined into one headline because it's easy to do that.

The one we just talked about was DSX pod. It's about deployment and time to revenue, right? Shortening the time before compute earns revenue, reducing the risk for the lender.

They also have created a financial platform, right? They talked with third-party uh capital to bring more solutions into this AI capex which could reduce the rates needed and improve the success rate of other NeoCloud companies.

And third, they have kind of like a revenue commitment that can help support selected capacity. They kind of have back stops in certain projects. So Nvidia is trying to reduce the risk of NeoCloud companies improving the financial sides that they can receive.

Now the financing pro platform is probably one of my favorite and one that gets not as much attention in my opinion. The financing platform announced big names like Apollo, Black Rockck, Blackstone, Brookfield, Goldman Sachs and KKR and is targeted to mobilize more than half a trillion dollars of third party capital over time.

Remember this is not Nvidia lending $500 billion and it's not evidence that the full amount has already been deployed but it does kind of increase the chances that there could be a reduction in borrowing costs which overall improve the chances of a business success and shows that they are going to have strong cash flow coming in on some of these products.

Independent Capital still underwrites every deal on its own merits and Nvidia is not making loans.
