$NWSA

NWSA's digital transition is working — revenue, earnings and free cash flow growing, advertising down from 50% to 15%, Dow Jones subscriptions expanding — but at a P/E of 41 its growth and predictability are already priced in; okay, but not suitable for him.

News Corporation has managed to transition from old things to new, more digital things. The price-to-earnings ratio is now 41, and you can see here that everything looks good: revenue growth, earnings growth, free cash flow growth, returns to shareholders, and accelerated share buybacks.

Advertising, which used to make up 50% 10 years ago, now only makes up 15%. Now we have subscriptions, and the Dow Jones is growing. If things continue like this, it will reach a billion.

However, with a price-to-earnings ratio of 41, and with growth prospects and predictability, this is already priced in. So, it's okay, but it's not suitable for me.
