If we look at some of the recent purchases on my public account , right ? Those are stocks like American Express, RH, and Netflix, right ? And these are the positions I'm actively building now, right ?
On the other hand, stocks like RH have much higher risk than American Express, but also much higher potential for profit. So I might only be able to invest two percent of my portfolio in stocks like RH , roughly , and that's my limit. And then I have to let it go , okay ?
The next one is RH. So, the price of RH is now 115. In the worst case scenario, it could go down to zero, right? For example, what if the stock market crashes, what if the real estate market collapses, right?
If a major financial crisis occurs. The question will be whether RH will survive or not, right?
Because if the cost of furniture decreases, the situation could get very bad. So RH is a stock that can go down to zero at any time, and that's why I do n't invest much in RH, even though it has a lot of potential in the next 3 to 5 years, you would n't see me making a big investment in it because it has a lot of risk, right?
The realistic worst case scenario, in my opinion, is between 102 and 107. So I think we're pretty close to the bottom now. We really need to see a bottom in interest rates soon, and then RH will start to move upwards, right?
However, I want RH to stay down for the rest of this year so that I can increase my position because my purchase of RH as a new investment is not yet complete.
