$RKLB

RKLB is technically broken; failure to sustain price above the 821-day MA negates its momentum status.

Rocket Labs. Okay, Rockalabs is it's it's broken. This has been broken. You know, momentum names have momentum when shorts are trapped and there's good news and there's optimism.

And usually momentum names that are high valuation names that need to grow into them need to be above the 821 day for you to make a lot of money. Otherwise, you're just sitting in it.

And here it was above the 821 day, had a massive move 134, broke. Then you should have get the hell out of the way at 95ish. It's been trying to rebuild. It's been very tough. These momentum moves happen again above the 8 day because it shows momentum.

It shows volume. What's it doing today? Why are you bringing it up? Let's see. Um it's up 98 cents.

Yes. So Rocket Labs, I I saw some good news out there on Rocket Labs. And this has not been trading well. So, kind of finally get traction. you know, this is pretty um you know, pretty uh technically broken. What's it doing this morning? It's up 360. If it can't hold and go, it's still, you know, that would be frustrating because, you know, go read the news on Rockabbs. I think they had some kind of huge milestone as these growth um type of um not pie in the sky, but high valuation futuristic stocks have. They have to meet those milestones and Rocket Lab did. So, see, you know, what level do I think it needs to hold to really squeeze the shorts and get back on track? Probably 7550. So, we'll see. Can you buy 7550? Lately, you haven't been rewarded for that. So, um there are a lot of non-believers here. This is below the 200 day. So, in order for this to get some believers back, it's got to get above and stay above 7550. So, if you sold it when it broke the 8day here, which is what you have to do when momentum names and high valuation names break because there's nothing else to go on with momentum names. It has to be just 8 and21 day because there's no earnings yet. There's no real revenues. It's all the potential of what could happen down the road. So that's why I always use the 8 and21 day for momentum names because when there's no momentum, they die. So they have to get that momentum back and that happens. They do get it back sometimes. So this is kind of rebuilding here. So if if the market gets better for momentum and and growth, you know, this should get above here. If the market's the same, it'll get sold off there.

Rock Labs the same way. Little Day One. It's like little baby day ones. Little puppy puppy doggy day ones. Anyway, sometimes you got to start somewhere before you know you get better action. And if you are a rockabs fan, and I do think they have a big future, you know what? You might have bought it yesterday. Now you get to see I sold puts here too. I've been selling puts in these things because I don't know where you know the exact low is and I felt like it's a little bit better to do. So that's why I've been doing that.
