So I will start with the first option, which is Teradine. Teradin uses what we call pattern recognition; it has built-in artificial intelligence that detects those patterns. These patterns have been studied over many years, and it seems that truly successful stocks exhibit these patterns.

I will refer to it during our review, but start here and take a look at the Teradine chart.

We start with the weekly chart and see that we are forming a double bottom pattern here and we have a new base. The new rule is similar to the first stage of the rule, and you can see that we went through two more rules and then a drop occurred which resets the count of rules for us.

Now we have a new and good base. The purchase area is now, and it is located exactly at the top of this W. Do you see this small W, the top of the V where the two letters meet?

As long as there is a second bottom a little lower, it is the beginning of a new base. This is called the "pivot point". Here we have an expected move, and these are the expected ranges, which are in the middle towards the upper side, showing genius strength at 99%, which focuses heavily on relative strength.

In other words, it outperforms 99% of the stocks in the database, right? This is very good. It's a green arrow, this is a weekly chart, and we'll move on to the daily chart in a moment.

I like to look at the basics when starting out, but here's the daily drawing where you can see the double bottom. It's a little more noisy, but let's move on to the basics now.

The basics are interesting because they simply tell us what sales do: 2.4 billion, then 2.8 billion, then 3.2 billion. Look at this jump this year from 5.1 billion to 6.2 billion, and it shows you the percentage.

Good upward centimeter movements. The same applies to profits, right? In year 23 they lost some money, but in year 24 it was 321, 397, 921. That's a huge jump of 132% expected this year, and it's expected to rise even more next year.

So you can look at what's happening there. You can look at the past four quarters. Sales are rising, and earnings per share are rising significantly, so they are doing some things right at this company.

They have a return on equity of 38%. What does that mean? That's the return, i.e., how well the management handles your money, right? This is how I view return on equity. So, from a fundamental perspective, this stock looks really good.

From a technical perspective, it falls squarely into the buy zone. I'm not telling you to go out and rush to buy it today. I would say that this is where you start your research.

Then what we do is sell the covered call options for this stock, okay?
