$TSLA

TSLA's new car looks impractical and unlikely to be mass-adopted; regulatory hurdles put production far off. I would not take risk into TSLA's earnings in two weeks, since results could be very bad or very good, and buyers at the last report suffered heavy losses. I expect a Tesla-SpaceX merger next year.

Tesla, on the other hand, unveiled its new car last night. One of the most amazing things was watching this rocket being suspended upside down using suction power, then launching and landing.

It looked like a computer generator. I don't think so, but I don't think it's a practical car for the masses. I don't think it will be adopted. I think the Federal Aviation Administration will give her a lot of trouble.

You must have a pilot's license. I don't know, maybe. The U.S. Department of Transportation needs to set conditions for it; it's far from two years. They say they will start producing it.

Elon is working at a different pace, albeit slightly slower than he had hoped. It operates at a different pace than the government agencies that regulate these matters. That's why self-driving taxis have been talked about for years, but there are only a few hundred of them on the market.

It will be released to the market, but it will take a long time before the regulatory hurdles are removed. Therefore, we see Tesla manufacturing a model that resembles a cup and a handle.

This pattern appears on the bottom of its handle, and it is a typical pattern. Therefore, the stock is sold in very small quantities. We have an earnings announcement in two weeks, so I don't want you to take too many risks during the announcement period.

The results could be very bad, or they could be very good, but this is not the right time to take risks. Look what happened to those who bought the stock in the last earnings announcement, didn't you?

They have suffered heavy losses, and the stock is still falling below its previous price. That was just three months ago. Therefore, it only takes one day for the price to drop, and it takes three months for it to return to that area and stabilize there.

We'll see what happens with Tesla and SpaceX; they are expected to merge at some point. I think it will be next year. Some people think it will be in December, but I doubt it. This is my personal opinion.
