Tesla holders will likely approve the proposed SpaceX merger, which would make fundraising much easier, and SpaceX would likely pay a premium for Tesla shares; but Tesla already trades at a premium, a PEG of five that is roughly double intrinsic value and likely six after the merger.

Especially since we literally heard Elon put forward one of the conditions for the merger of "Tesla" and " SpaceX," which is basically just a rubber stamp for disclaiming responsibility, okay?
Given that Elon suggests, to quote, that he thinks merging SpaceX and Tesla is a good idea, and I agree with him, it would make fundraising much easier , which is something they need to do a lot, okay?
However, Elon says that the merger, which he believes would be a good idea, would of course be subject to the major obstacle of obtaining 50% of the votes of Tesla shareholders, which is not a major obstacle given that many voted in favor of Elon's $1 trillion compensation plan .
I think that the merger, especially if it comes with a premium for Tesla shares, will be fully accepted and approved , okay? Everyone wants a little premium on their Tesla shares, and that means SpaceX shareholders will likely pay a premium for Tesla shares, which are already being sold at a premium.
But, while Tesla may be trading at a price-to- earnings-to-growth (PEG) ratio of five right now, probably double its intrinsic value, and will likely end up trading with SpaceX at six,
How else would you dilute the shares further after your merger with Tesla, right?
