“Dividend Stocks Are Selling Off. Here's What I'm Doing.”
Alphabet has strong growth prospects; operating cash flow up 38% YoY supports a bull thesis for the next decade.
My third largest stock in this account is Alphabet, ticker symbol G O G L. You can also own G O G. It's different classes of shares. I have 54.5,000 of this. I currently have a 112% total return on it. $28,000 gain.
I bought this primarily in 2025 during that April tariff sell-off period. The stock was looking very cheap then. And I've mainly just been holding it since then, reinvesting dividends, and I've been pretty pleased with the growth.
Their operating cash flow is growing significantly, up 38% year-over-year. And I think Alphabet has a clear path to continued high growth for the decade to come.
