So, for example, Meta, which was probably the strongest of them right now, you can buy their 20-year bonds yielding 7%, a little over 7%, which I actually think is a good deal,

if you buy a a Meta Facebook bond at a 7% yield, that's pretty darn attractive. That's that's almost an equity-like return. In fact, I think it'll be better than equity.
