Well, I think if you look at the last six months or so, higher highs, higher lows , that's the case. We are now actually pausing at this current level where we are still recording higher lows, but we have this neckline around $345 to $350 that is acting as a resistance zone.
Unfortunately, you don't really like seeing three or four red candles settle in that specific area of resistance. This somewhat suggests that we do n't have enough momentum for a potential breakout here, and there may be a pullback in the next few days.
You should look at the 20-day moving average at around $338, which is your first support zone. If it breaks below that, it will reach the 50-day moving average. Now, you can feel some excitement because the MACD indicator is still in an upward trend.
The EMA 12 indicator is above the EMA 26 indicator. But this is a kind of establishment for a possible breakout. But again, you really don't like seeing those red candles stop at the end of the trend.
On the three- year weekly chart , here you gain more confidence that you are once again having higher highs and higher lows. It may approach a lower support zone ; this type of channel line is still intact.
