The first thing I want you to watch today is that we started off the midline of this channel, we closed the gap at 250, and we broke through it. Here I was looking for a short selling opportunity with the parallel channel aligned and the gap closed directly.
But right now, the close is much higher at around 257. So, when the market opens on Monday, there is a gap in the charts at 261.21, which is only about 1.4% away, so it could be a quick level for short selling.
If we see a sharp move towards this level, we also have this price shelf at 263.19. These are two key resistance levels coming up for CrowdStrike stock. Given that we have seen a deep and healthy pullback, this gives weight to the double top level at 286.99, and should also provide sufficient resistance to a pullback if we continue to rise.
In the short term, keep an eye on this parallel channel as we see here. Once we climb above it, we bounce off it as support and then retreat. So, let's see if we will do that too.
For the downward movement , I am also watching the midline of this channel, which here at approximately 233 aligns with this pivot peak. This will be near-term support for CrowdStrike stock.
And here below, we have a small gap in the charts at 227.66, and a large gap here at this red candle at 206.24. This should serve as a major support in case CrowdStrike's stock falls .
