But man, that tech news coming out with mainly with coreweave and core we're going to touch on here in a little bit. But man, their their senior node debts, they just skyrocketed nearly went up about 50% today.

And that started really causing areas of concern for AI data center buildout. capex spending uh that's causing a lot of these companies to not be profitable and really the light in the tunnel is getting further and further away for them becoming profitable the more issues that are arising now specifically with the yields going up they're having to finance this. So it's it's it's somewhat becoming a mess.

All right, the story of the day now. Coreweave. All right, Cororeweave yields on their senior unsecured debt spiked as I told you before from 9.625 for 2032 and 9.75 for 2031 up to 14.8 8 and 14.9% today.

So that sent a cascading decline on the chart of coreweave. You can see down 15.46%. And some might say, "Well, Drew, why does that even really matter?" Well, they're basically uh selling their debt on the open market and people aren't buying it at the 9% rate.

They're buying it at the 15% rate. They want more money if they're going to give that money to Coree. So what that tells you is now capex is getting more expensive to finance individually with these companies.

So coreweave collapsing on the charts. Interestingly though it collapsed right here into a key level of support one dated back here from the April 2025 lows trend line connected all the way over here that you see in July of this year and then now boom today right down into that level.

And if we do continue to bounce, it's that narrative is spun by CRWV's executives after hours into tomorrow. Any sort of bounce with this pattern, somewhat of an M pattern is going to come up and get rejected right here.

$79.13 with the significant selling pressure that we've had here on Core Weeave. We we are now oversold near-term at $29.18. So technically, we would be due for a bounce, but guys, the narrative surrounding this is pretty bad.

So, I anticipate more selling pressure to bleed into tomorrow. Low here and gap fill at $60.82 is the level of support if we do have continued selling pressure tomorrow.

Now, what I would remind you is whenever we break these trend lines, price goes down to support and you can even see here's a secondary level of support by with a another declining trend line.

This creates a nice pocket support zone from that low and gap fill from July 29th and then in addition pivot to pivot to pivot over here roughly at 5972.

I could see a potential bounce occurring to take us right back up to that broken inclining trend line. Now, we haven't broken it yet, but just that's what I'm showing that could potentially happen if we see some extended selling into tomorrow with this oversold chart uh on CRWV.
