Oracle also has a breakout failure like the ABTC except this is a Oracle, second biggest software company in the world. Used to be. I don't know if it still is. I think it is. But it just got killed recently.
Looks definitely lower. The issue is the reward to risk. It doesn't have a whole lot of room to the prior low. So, that's the issue but definitely looks lower. Stop right here.
