Look at this massive pop on Proctor and Gamble. Now, Lotus, I've also got the RSI up at the bottom of the screen to caution anybody wanting to jump on with FOMO. Right now, we're in an overbought scenario on Proctor and Gamble with the RS daily RSI at 74.46.
Anything over 70 is considered overbought in the near term. All right, so we get back closer look at this chart. I've got dueling parallel channels going on here with Proctor and Gamble.
This one that we just broke out of is from a declining top end of the parallel from March of 2025. Notice before we broke out, we put in some nice consolidation days, nice little bull flag before gapping up with today's earnings.
Now, the key thing here for Proctor and Gamble, we ran right into this pivot high. all of these clusters of days of price action. That's where profit takers stepped up and sold the Proctor and Gamble stock down just ever so slightly off of the highs today.
The key thing for PNG, get above today's high and put in a daily close. Then any sort of pullback down here towards this trend line is a buying opportunity for PNG to go up and attack the next line in the sand, which likely will be either very close to the bottom of this parallel at 18190.
As you see that corresponds right here with this previous pivot high back in March of 25 right around 180. So 180 to 190 is likely the destination for Proctor and Gamble if it can remain above this declining parallel channel.
But most importantly tomorrow we need to see a daily close above today's candle. That will help solidify this breakout. Show that it's got some buyers behind it. Uh great move there on PG today.
