Next is the stock of "ROL", a "Rollins" company. Guys, this is an interesting deal, and I'll start with you from the weekly timeframe. You have already seen my stance on this movement.

We have a few good levels of accumulated resistance. This level will be slightly weaker at $37.98. The next level at $43.36 is what I believe will be a strong resistance level where the pivot points and all of this price action have converged, including the lower-range pivot points here at $45.

There's a lot of price movement here. Especially if the price rises, it will encounter some resistance. Well, we see that the price formed a bottom this week, and it's only been 4 days, but today we're up 4.5 percent.

How can you find these points yourself so that , when this chart is presented to you, you can begin to take this step? Okay, I'll show you how to do it, is that okay? First, I want to establish a focal point, and I will do so starting from April 22, 2019.

I am not choosing a random date or week. Rather, I am looking for a key and important focal point on the graph, is that clear? So, I get my first point there , and then I'll draw the line starting from there.

One of the things I love to find most in charts, guys, is this horizontal trend line pattern, where we go up to a pivot point, the price is rejected, then it goes back down , then it goes up again to try to break through that point.

Notice how in those weeks we were rejected , then a breakthrough occurred, and then it took off. What do we always talk about on the show? Breakout, then retreat, then bounce back, right?

So, this level, which used to represent resistance from below, has now turned into support. Fast forward to the present day, Boom . If you only knew how to draw this trend line , that was all you needed.

If only you had learned that, my friend, you could have made great profits from moves like these. Now, this happens with all types of stocks, but as you know, here at Verified Investing, I don't like to enter trades based on just one factor, even if it's a very strong one.

So, what am I going to do? We will add the Fibonacci correction tool , which is simple and easy to use as well. I'm just going to go to this low pivot point from the COVID lows in 2020.

And I'm going to pull it up to the recent highs here. What do I have now? The Fibonacci retracement level is 786 at $30.25. I have this horizontal trend line at $29.32, and often, guys, this is how support levels align.

They don't always appear directly above each other, but this essentially represents a support zone, the $30 support zone that the price broke through this week and has since bounced straight up.

Now, one easy way to illustrate this is the fact that it has seen heavy, very heavy selling recently, hasn't it? Look at the nature of the peak selling situation. When we see sell-offs like this, with two layers of support factors approaching, man, the odds are very high that there will be a bounce-off.

Such a bounce could lead Prolines back to the 35.83 level, and then subsequently rise towards the key resistance levels identified by Fibonacci ratios at 37.98 and 43.36. What a wonderful thing is happening here.
