All right, so first off, let's get into the S&P 500. There we go. All right, you can see on the S&P 500 daily time frame, we actually finished in the green up 28%. I've got a trend line drawn, one of which that I highlighted yesterday, that this could be a near-term level of support, and that's exactly what occurred at least near-term on the S&P 500. great save for itself.
It did break down underneath that head and shoulders pattern, but at least in the near in the near term, we're all chopping sideways in this range on the S&P 500 all the way back since August, guys.
So, we've now been basically stuck in this range. A little bit down, a little bit up, but really the S&P 500 is doing quite well. You flip to the weekly time frame, that just looks like a whole bunch of consolidation.
So there's really nothing to worry about at least for now in the stock market despite all the red that was on the screen with tech. Now since the spiders the S&P 500 have remained strong that gives us the opportunity to still push up to that target even though the head and should inverse head and shoulders pattern is taken off the chart.
We're still in a bullish consolidation pattern until price starts closing underneath this uh trend line and which we touched today guys. So, it's very much possibility at 766.17.
That's what you need to be watching tomorrow going into the weekend. Do we close under that? If not, the S&P 500 for the near-term is safe. And then I would be looking for any daily closes above 78160 as that will increase probabilities for the next leg higher up here to tag this $800 mark.
And considering that's such a big psychological whole round number, I imagine it's almost a guarantee once we get a close over 781, we're going to be pressing up there to the $800 mark.
