namely like a crown castle, which we we brought to you before anyone wanted it. And it just so happened uh the market figured out what we've been saying for months, which is that Starlink can't work.
Starlink Mobile can't work inside buildings without cell towers. And when Musk went out and bought 8 billion of Spectrum last week, everyone figured it out. And Crown Castle was up 20% in a day.
Now, why was it trading down so much before that? Number one, they thought they were the market incorrectly thought that they were going to be disintermediated by Elon Musk and uh their top three customers, Verizon, AT&T, Sprint would cease to exist. and Musk wouldn't need any towers because the signal would miraculously go through cement walls with perfection and the world would be changed.
It's turned out that's not the case. Starlink, Starlink Mobile is great in rural areas. It's great outside. It's great on your boat. It's great on your private plane, David Lynn, but for everyone else that you know works in in in buildings, uh they want to have a decent signal and the cell towers are the way to play it.
So that stock despite rates being high and REITs trading down when rates uh go up uh that stock galloped you know 20% in 2 or 3 days and it's just beginning 5.3% dividend yield while you wait.
