For me, what is that one thing that is outside the scope of evaluation? I think the market is not taking into account its potential in selling artificial intelligence. Many people want Mark Zuckerberg to sell computing, but Mark Zuckerberg said in recent earnings: "We believe there will still be much higher profit margins in selling intelligence than in selling computing outright ."

We believe there is a significant opportunity, obviously, to sell computing as well. I think you're asking which area is most likely to grow the most, but I'm very optimistic that we'll see significant growth in all of these areas.

So, I really want to focus more on the top part , don't I?

Five days ago, we posted a video titled "Why Meta's stock is about to skyrocket." That was on August 28 when Meta's stock closed at around 577. The stock has risen 7 % since then in just the last five days, and let's not forget we were busy with the weekend.

So, what happens in Meta? Well, senior management is starting to change its mind about Meta, and some of the good news coming from Meta might be better than expected. But let's be clear, Meta's historical volatility is currently low . It's below average, which is a good sign.

Even competitors like Meta, who were really big on open software platforms, don't come close to what Nvidia has done , do they?

We just got Fable 5.1 from Anthropic, Muse and Meta AI are releasing updates like crazy, and Grok is also performing amazingly well.

Speaking of Meta Muse Code and the new Spark 1.3 max, the performance is very good. This is madness. I think the pricing here is much cheaper than many of these other models, but Muse Code and Spark 1.3 max are on par with Fable 5 Opus 5 for programming workloads. This is a pioneering model.

Um but I mean I'm biased myself like for example you look at Meta pretty um pretty critically in terms of its uh um its influence on especially kids, teens and people in general.

Um, well, I use meta primarily to look at the ads and I always think they're great and I get stuff and I feel like I'm personally biased because I like to use it and I don't feel like I scroll a lot.

Let's Let's look at Meta. We'll just see what that one's doing cuz So, we are coming off of that 520 uh level much better now. Uh since we we spent a good majority of August trying to move away from that, but uh we're now managing our way uh the price managing its way through the 50 uh day SMA.

And you still have a bunch of moving averages to the upside. It's going to provide resistance. Uh the 200, the 500. Uh then there's also apparently a spot up in the 680s that looks like it's also been providing some resistance for uh pretty much a good portion of this year.

This looks like another major legal hurdle facing one of the big technology companies, similar to what just happened with Meta. Then we will take a look at all of Meta's new releases and launches regarding their new artificial intelligence.

They have been rolling out their products like crazy, and it seems the stock is starting to respond well.

Meta's got a little move today. That's nice. I I think Meta is like primed for an explosion, especially if they come out and say, "Hey, boys and girls, you know how everyone's waiting for Elon Musk's compute?

Want to just use ours right now instead?" and and they just announced these crazy partnership deals where now they're just printing money uh licensing out the hardware that they have uh given that there's such a shortage now and now is the time to take tendies on it for them.

That wouldn't surprise me. Hasn't happened yet. So, it could be wrong, but uh that's what I'd be looking for.

The next stock I'm going to highlight as a great buying opportunity is Meta Platforms. I calculated a fair value for this business at $72 per share with the current market price at $571.

Given that difference, I calculated an upside of 23% for Meta over the next 12 to 18 months. The outcome of the court case was less than feared with the company paying a settlement just above $10 billion, but it will be spread out over 10 years and the payments annually are not that significant compared to the cash flow from operations the business generates.

I wrote basically, Microsoft, Meta, Amazon have a good moat for the next 2 years. Note, they did not mention Meta. If Meta jumps in and turns their compute online, they'd be a possible unexpected entrant benefiting Meta and obviously taking some of the market share from AWS, Microsoft, Google.

I just bought $25,000 worth of meta stock. I believe it's going to be one of the best stocks to buy now for the long term.

27% off the high on a 28% grower. 52-week range 520 to 790. What a range for Meta. 52-week low 520. My entry five, roughly 580. And then the high was 791. Street target 755. If we go with the street target, we are looking at a huge $175 move to the north, to the right side.

Meta and all these companies weren't going to be investing heavily like they are now in the AI space.

Uh less so with Meta, though there is a pricing lawsuit or mechanism lawsuit against Meta uh as well.

And then there's a smaller allegation that maybe even Meta is involved and they're all trying to scam you.

sorry, not Amazon, Meta. The allegations against Meta were that they inflated the potential reach of ads because there are so many duplicative and fake accounts. That was with the DZ reserve case claiming 7 billion in damages.

And then Iron Tribe has a lawsuit against them claiming that there are some funky pricing mechanics going on. Also similar to this second price auction thing we just outlined on the whiteboard. uh claiming that uh Meta just used sort of a blended price that raised your ultimate fee that you had to pay.

Stock number four is going to be Meta Platforms. Now, Meta Platforms is not one that really gave me anything during the earnings call, but I believe can benefit extremely well with this AI

So, Meta right now 578. Year-to-date the stock is down 11%. Obviously, there was that scaryness from all the legal lawsuits. We seen that it's gotten better, right? So, the the fears of a tobacco moment for them has has kind of gone away.
