Other examples that oil refining companies have considered. We haven't built a new refinery in this country since the 1970s, I believe. So, we have three companies that own all the refining capacity: Valero , Philips, and Marathon, which are the best performing stocks in the XLE index this year. But I think their value has all doubled.
