$BAC

Big investors are shorting BAC over hundreds of billions in commercial real estate loans made at 2–3% that must now be refinanced at 7–10%, and $300 billion of zero-interest deposits. He expects $150 billion of deposits to be withdrawn within about a year, cutting a large part of its profit.

Because think about Bank of America. We're seeing a lot of big investors shorting Bank of America because they're sitting on all those commercial real estate loans that they made at 2 to 3% interest.

Isn't that right ? Now they have to refinance it at 7, 8 or 10% interest. They have hundreds of billions of dollars tied up, and on top of that, Maggie, they have $300 billion in deposits that are sitting at zero interest rates.

Zero, right? Zero interest rate, because some retired couples still leave their money in this savings account at zero interest. Maggie, do you know what's going to happen? The Muse systems you see from Meta will spread all around.

People will say, "Oh, what can I do about my bank deposit?" And the Muse would say, "Hey, are you listening? Is anyone there?" "Why are you putting your money in a zero-interest bank when you're getting 4% interest here?"

And you know what's going to happen ? $150 billion will be withdrawn from Bank of America in the next one year, your big five years. And that's a big part of their profit, right?

They are now cheating investors because they are holding back that money. They are withdrawing 200,300 billion taka. I think it's a total of 600 billion. They are giving clients maybe 1%, and investing it in the treasury, earning 4 to 5 %.
