CRWV fell from 90 to 60 in two weeks; on this tape the speaker would not buy the stock here, calls it an anchor/central market story, and has no interest in owning it. He prefers selling puts below market because premium is rich and gives a ~25% cushion, or 15% bonds, over shares.

market could rally without Coreweave. And I think if Cororeweave continues to fall, it's going to pull down the market. I think this is the number one story driving the market right now.
came down from 90 and change to 60 over the last two weeks. this is the kind of stock that that I would naturally sell puts in, just not believing that they're going out of business, but I wouldn't go crazy.
Well, would you put $100,000 into the bonds at 15%. $100,000 in bonds at 15%. Yeah.
would I put $100,000 at um 15%. The answer is probably yes. I I I wouldn't cuz the juice isn't worth the squeeze, as they say. I I just don't want to deal with it. Like I think it would be I'd be more rooting for it to go bankrupt like because that would create chaos and opportunity.
Yeah. And I don't think my portfolio revolves around coreweave or it's its other things. Like I think the industry could survive without coreweave. I I'm just always curious to see the next like Lehman Brothers.
Yeah. I mean the 15% number is super interesting because it's three times risk-free rates. You know, um so the answer is would I would I and I'm guessing I probably would at 15%.
I wouldn't any lower, but three times risk-free rates.
Yeah, I have to think I probably would just on just just, you know, I mean, yeah, I have to think I would. And the uh just, you know, the analysts are like coming out on both sides.
This is definitely like some people come down and downgrade it. Some people come in and say, "No, this is a buy. It's fine." Like there's really a market in this where people are taking opposite sides of
I would say and I have traded coreweave in the past but I haven't traded it probably I don't I don't even know if I've traded much in 2026 other than a few maybe earnings plays or something like that.
Um, I would say I would be my favorite trade in here would be I'd be most inclined to sell puts below the market like like like at the expected move, Um, because I think the premium is rich, but I'm really thinking about that bond trade because I kind of feel like that's an interesting trade for me,
right? you know, because I I do loan like I will loan money, you know, private credit type things in that 15% range. And I don't think they're any I I don't think they're worse loans than like I don't think they're better loans than coreweave. Let's put it that way.
Like I've done I guess the way I should say I've done worse, Right. No, I I mean and the debate goes on and on about like they keep spending and preparing for growth. Um, but do they are they kind of overs supplied and then the demand won't meet that?
Um, and also just the cost that they're borrowing at like there's just
Sure. And where there's smoke, you know, I mean this tape action, this is not the type of tape action like I would never buy the stock here. Let's put it that way. the stock has no interest to me.
Selling puts is interesting because it gives you, you know, a pretty big cushion of, you know, 14, you know, 14 handles in there, which is which is almost on a $60 stock, it's, you know, 25% move.
So is the same thing as essentially the bonds in that sense because it's the difference between buying a stock, buying the stock is like you're you're now betting on the fighter to win the fight. selling the puts or buying the bond is saying he just won't get knocked out.
He he he'll be able to stand on his feet for a little bit.
Yeah. Well, the puts the reason the puts are a little the bonds you have to hold for a long time. The puts are like the puts expire. I like the puts the best. But I do think this stock, not even to trade this specific stock, um should be on your radar because I think
it is it is now. It is now for sure. I don't think we can rally without this going. It's too big a story that's hanging on the market now. I think it's an anchor and I watched it this morning.
It tried to rally, it got pulled down, and you know, I mean, the market cues are up a little bit, but I I do think it's an anchor on this on this market.
