Meta is geared up for a bull run due to new tailwinds from court settlement and AI agent Muse driving diversification beyond advertising.

Meta's AI agent Muse took off a few weeks ago, earlier in September 2026. And it promised after the initial write-up on the future business model, potential revenue, incremental revenue for Meta from Muse, we wanted to now take this two new directions.
Meta, by comparison, still just shy of $61 billion in quarterly sales.
We already discussed how Muse would use Meta's advertising stack to generate revenue here, so Meta would basically be taking a quote from Amazon's Jeff Bezos, "Your margin is my opportunity."
And so while it's not a massive operating margin, Meta could turn some of these operating profit dollars into its own incremental revenue, which would be significant for Meta as it tries to diversify beyond just pure advertising sales.
So in summary there, we've obviously seen Meta get a new tailwind. We had the court case settlement last month. Now Meta Muse, it seems like Meta is now geared up for a bull run. That's great. That's fantastic.
For Meta in particular, that means NVIDIA GPUs, they are also going to start deploying AMD Instinct GPUs right now and through the end of the year. They're going to begin a large scale rollout of those, and they are scaling up MTIA.
The fourth and fifth generation of that, the 450 and 500 custom accelerator that they have been working on with Broadcom and others.
