Meta is liked for the long term; expected to make a secondary move after an 80-point spike due to its data access.

This is our communication services sector. This is where Facebook and Google are. And we're just kind of testing this here.

Uh, Meta, Meta, here we go. 726 to 733.

Meta strong. Okay. I can't watch everything. Yeah.

I do like Meta for the long term. I I do think Meta's I do think Meta is going to make a real secondary move following that 80 point spike. It's in consolidation right now, so it's it's something we have time for.

Speaker holds a long position in META, having bought at 560 due to oversold conditions, and views the delayed but safe launch of Muse as a positive strategic change.

But the timing of that, which came two days after Meta's stock skyrocketed due to the launch of Muse, is odd.

Mark Zuckerberg, who launched Muse. And remember when we all said, "Oh my God, they're leasing data centers and they don't have their own product; it's going to be a disaster."

Meta's stock plummeted, which I had bought, by the way, because it was oversold . Then he announced Muse, saying, "We hadn't talked about this, and we hadn't launched it because we didn't want to launch it until we knew exactly what the product was and until we had resolved all the safety issues."

Then they launched it in a way that was uncharacteristic of Zuckerberg. He changed his approach, and now he's slower than usual. That's the right way. And I respect that.

META is a top AI winner; strong cash flows fund AI without debt risk, and broad distribution drives adoption.

And I will explain why I believe that Google and Meta are the two companies best positioned to win in the field of artificial intelligence.

During this period, Mark Zuckerberg underwent a radical transformation. It spent tens, if not hundreds, of billions of dollars on data centers, purchasing processors, and training its models, using its employees and monitoring the smallest details of their work to learn from them.

He went so far as to completely change the direction of his company and dedicate Facebook and Instagram's resources to becoming leaders in artificial intelligence.

Meta's wide consumer distribution network gives it a competitive advantage in launching AI agents (like Muse) by allowing free access, despite risks associated with mandatory high-capex spending.

This might be The agent is affiliated with Meta. Or Muse, or any other agent. Although OpenAI launched Her agent yesterday, and it seems It focuses more on Corporate clients, which Good for Meta.

And from Interesting Also, that this was Part of the hypothesis The positive aspect of Meta is that It has a distribution network Widely available to consumers The final one is not owned by any Almost another company.

So it is simply in Best position to launch a product Like Muse in the market And to benefit from it.

META is undervalued; DCF analysis supports continued buying with expected 15-22.6% annual growth over three years.

We held investor days for Brookfield, Meta's stock rose by about 30%, and Meta hosted a "Connect" event.

Meta's stock has risen by about 30% from its lowest point last month, and many have asked me whether the stock looks too expensive now, whether it is no longer a buying opportunity, or whether it is time to sell.

Meta's large user base and AI-enhanced advertising support long-term growth potential, despite risks from high capex and falling operating margins.

Today , I will talk about AMD, Broadcom, Amazon, Meta, and Nvidia. Amazon, Microsoft, Google and Meta are spending billions to build data centers, buy chips and secure electricity.

We can see recently how high Meta's stock has risen, and Meta relies mainly on advertising revenue.

Meta remains in a bullish accumulation trend; the current pullback is acceptable provided the 21-day EMA support holds.

So, I start with, you know, number one. Therefore , from 110 to 150 are five charts that I consider at this stage to be in an initial upward trend, and a strong accumulation phase.

The reason I do this is that I can run a performance table and say, "Show me last month," and I can see that Meta is up 25%, and Micron is up 13%.

Meta remains undervalued; enterprise expansion offers future upside.

Meta has taken off recently.

Now, Meta did jump up above Google for a couple days, but Meta's it's going down. Meta went down like 4% today and a couple percent uh the last market day. So Meta has given up about $8,000 in gains, bumping itself down, but you can see how close these are.

Do not chase META; 720 is a potential support zone worth watching.

Okay, yes, Meta was very very strong and basically we told you guys not to chase Meta up here after the size of the move. Look where the 8day is. But you know what? If you are not in Meta and you took your profits, it's man, Meta is not the easiest name to trade.

This is 7:30. This is a big spot. Where's Meta this morning? Perhaps you could look at Meta for cash flow. Meta is right around it. 728ish. So that's actually that's really where it is actually. you know where this is.

U here's your 8 day. So this is this is a spot if you sold 779 here we are near 7 that's $50 below. So this is one spot. So I would draw this in say hey 720 it's worth a look. I would think some buyers would come there.

I might even trade it there today. Um my history with Meta has not been spectacular. So I've been trying to let it breathe and not chase it. But um I would think that this zone is a decent zone to look at.

A more compelling zone would probably be here into the 686s and let the 21day catch up right there. That would be something if if you think the market's going to be in a better spot in November, which it could be, you know, or later October into 686, what you probably should do is buy the $800 calls and go out to like the second week of November when historically the market's much better.

So, at least risk is premium paid. You're not overtrading and doing all those things.

“Meta (META): What the Market Misses”
$METABullish
META is attractively valued today due to market overreaction to AI capex uncertainty; the speaker holds a position but notes it lacks the clear margin of safety seen in 2022.

Meta is the most volatile of the Max 7 and has repeatedly offered tremendous buying opportunities in times of public outrage and unpopularity. And such a time has come again. Meta just faced one of its biggest lawsuits in history and many more are still outstanding.

And it spends hundreds of billions of dollars on capex that the market is deeming highly questionable.

Meta's massive AI infrastructure investment supports a long-term bull thesis.

META stock is at resistance after a strong weekly rally; short-term profit-taking is logical, though an upward breakout remains possible.

Meta did better this week, announcing Muse, the integrated smart assistant that, in my opinion, features a great presentation and an attractive user interface , and I even like the small cartoon character that was chosen for it.

We have a lot of news to cover, but as usual, we'll start with MetaTrader's stock this week at 698. I don't think that includes the big jump the stock saw on Monday, but you closed the week, or at least the last five days, up 7.5%, and finished the week at 751.

These are levels MetaTrader hasn't seen since last year, I think.

Meta faces a potential decline from the 796.25 double top; short selling is favored due to the sharp rally.

Among the biggest moves we were looking forward to in the stock market this week was Meta. Wow, what a move! Last week, the price fluctuated in the 680 range, unable to break through this support level and the downtrend line here.

Here, the price drops a little, and we've just started to squeeze it. Then on Monday, the price rose by 12% to 17% to reach its highest level yesterday, and it is now in a position to grow.

“Stock Market Turns GREEN—But the Dow Flashes RED | Market Pulse”
$METABullish
META price rising toward 796 after breaking descending trendline on high volume due to positive market reaction to AI agent monetization plans.

As for Meta platforms, I have been questioning them all year, saying that they seem to not know what they are doing. Their price has dropped, and I drew a small trend line. Two weeks ago, I said, "Pay attention to this, because although it has dropped, it is at a turning point, and it may drop again, or if it surpasses it, we will see a possible rise to a new record high."

This is what the situation looks like. There is significant trading volume at this slight breakout above the descending trendline, and as you know, that was a large candle, and now the price appears to be heading towards the 796 area, which is the highest point on this chart.

Therefore, they are investing heavily in MetaSpark, or Muse I think, or free AI, because they will get a percentage of every transaction that takes place through it. They believe that this agent is the future.

I saw the demonstration of this agent, which is Mark Zuckerberg telling his agent: "Search for this and that and buy this product from Amazon." The agent did that. Zuckerberg wants to get a percentage of every transaction in return.

This was well received by the market. For this reason, the share price rose significantly with the trading volume, and this trend was confirmed.

Bullish on META; expects breakout if levels clear due to Muse AI driving adoption among older users.

The biggest, you know, the the most valuable resource out there, uh, maybe someday more than oil. I mean, I have called, you know, compute, power, and and AI the new, you know, the new oil basically.

But there is just this insatiable demand. No one can buy enough hardware to support the load. Um, you know, we're going to talk about Meta here in a minute. Um, I love their Muse AI, especially for people that are new to agents, but they're all I mean, here's Facebook.

I mean, Facebook probably has more data centers than anybody, and they're all a week in they're struggling with capacity issues. People are getting timeouts. I mean, so many people want to use this technology, and not even the biggest of the big, Facebook, has enough compute to feed that.

Now, that being said, still love Meta. We'll come back to that. But I mean, you look at that chart. I mean, it's just beautiful the reaction to the news.

Meta's stock has risen significantly due to the successful launch of its AI agent Muse and its partnership with Shopify, positioning it to control future retail commerce.

We will also talk about Meta's new AI agent " Muse" that has become widely popular,

Meanwhile, Meta's stock itself rose 30% in September alone, and is on track for its best month since July 2013. Those of you listening now, remember that we talked about the lawsuit against Meta.

I believe that was in early August, when Meta was trading.

Avoid buying META at current levels; wait for pullback/consolidation and RSI reset before entering.

Speaking of consolidation that may be needed is on Meta. Look at this run on Meta. Now, I know I've covered this on Trading the Close, but guys, this has literally been the story of the week.

They've come out this week, too, with brand new Meta VR glasses that only weigh about 100 grams. So, they're very small. They they uh compared it to the weight of a deck of cards.

It's really truly fascinating. But will this be the one time that their VR catches steam? I'm not quite sure. A lot of this builtup momentum and push higher was on the back of uh Meta's Muse, their AI agents that are now assisting individuals do things from making recipes to planning their next vacations.

So we see Meta barreling up higher towards this triple top region. And if I back out on the chart, you can see Meta mostly has been contained in this parallel channel since December of 2023.

Now, we're approaching upon not only this triple top area right around 795, but we've got the 50% area of the parallel right in that region, too, right around 798 tells me around $800, Meta will need some consolidation before we're talking about a potential breakout on our hands on the chart of Meta.

Mind you guys, the daily RSI at 80.51. Anything over 70 is considered overbought in the near term. I wouldn't want to be jumping on right here. In fact, I would rather want to see the pullback and the consolidation take place, have this RSI balance out before I consider pushing that buy button.

Muse, the Muse app from Meta, may be the first consumer catalyst for what I believe is a truly enjoyable deduction cycle.

She is in a very positive position because of the viral spread that is occurring with "Muse". She is living through a moment that is very similar to the moment when "ChatGPT " emerged.
