$META

Meta's AI monetization worries are in the rear-view mirror for now after Muse, and the speaker would buy going into 2027 for more AI monetization. Near-term, bearish consolidation may still push it lower, but $675-$690 should be strong support for a bounce.

Meta, right before they announced Metam Muse, they were involved in uh litigation and and issues um that could be presented again quite honestly as far as uh legal settlements with underage kids using Meta and then the effects of social media, etc. That's a whole bunch of, you know, that's a big ball of worms.

But to be quite honest, Meta got itself out of it with AI and Snap looks like they're about to be doing the same thing.

All right, so into the next chart with Meta, guys. And as I said, Metam Muse, this is where we really saw Metam Muse take off. Really exploded up on the chart, providing AI monetization concerns in the rear view mirror for Meta, at least for now.

Now, today though, I was surprised. We had a great push up 3.38% on the chart. I was hoping and anticipating this bearish consolidation on Meta would lead to a little bit more downside.

Doesn't mean it can't happen still, but at least I want to put this on your radar.

Notice this trend line that I've drawn across the screen from pivot low, pivot low, uh, strung through price action, but then an attempt made to go up higher, got rejected. This attempt got rejected a little bit before this trend line, but then this attempt got rejected right on that trend line.

So, this trend line is a very important one to keep on your charts right at $690.36.

Also, notice that horizontal trend line. If we were to have price curl over within the next month or two, price can come very close to in contact with that trend line and the bottom of this parallel channel.

I think that area should be fantastic support for a near-term bounce.

When another factor, throw in the fib retrace and then notice we got the 382 right there in that zone. So, it's a support zone right around $690 all the way down if it does pierce that level down to $675.

That $25 to $30 range is going to be a nice support level should we have price on Meta continue selling into that range.

So, you could buy it going into 2027 for more potential ways AI can be monetized and specifically with Meta.

All right, next up we've got Meta. Now, Meta, this is interesting, guys. Now, we did have a robust explosion blowout here on Meta getting and gaining access back to this inclining parallel channel. a huge move on it. And since this is one major reason, guys, ingrain this, burn this in your brain. All right, don't chase big runners. All right, whenever you have big runners, they are going to run out of steam and they are going to pull back down on the charts. It's just inevitable. Gravity wins for huge moves up and then technical bounces win for huge moves down. You know, we're just looking at that on CW and RTX. They're due for bounces, much like this was due for profit taking. So now we're forming a bare flag. So where can price go if it's going to start declining? I cleanly see, look at all of these pivots right before we broke out. Look at all these pivots right here in this 685 up to the 692 range. Then you go back further on the chart and then look, you've got these low pivots here, too. Those are some of my most favorite scenarios on charts when you can have a place on the chart. You can draw a trend line across horizontally and price action acts as support when it's coming from above and then when it comes from below like over here it's resistance and much like over here too didn't quite get as high to hit it but needless to say we already know and we saw it here that this area 690 is resistance now coming from above it likely will be support and one of the best parts about this if you do decide to play meta long in this location you've got a secondary backup for an ad with the bottom of this parallel channel at $668. So, first level here 690. Then at 668, you got two decent levels of support, all very close to each other with Meta confirming a break back inside that parallel channel. Tells me this is likely the target, the support zone for Meta in the near term should this selling pressure push price underneath this low pivot here on September 28th.
