Bullish on META: advertising business growing very fast; after a September top at 776, the pullback creates a good opportunity. Selling puts before earnings and possible assignment are acceptable because a price drop is fine given the bullish company view.

Okay. So, the next stock will be Meta. I really like Meta from an advertising perspective. This business is growing at an incredibly fast pace. They have earnings on October 21st, which is just a few days away.
So, when I publish this video, I might look incredibly stupid. But, I am very confident that even if the price of Meta drops, I am completely fine with it. So, if I am bullish on the company, I have no objection to selling the put before earnings.
Well, it has increased by 5.5% in the last 1 month. The stock price has barely increased in the last 6 months. Well, you can see here how it rose from its grave , where its price was below 600 and then above 700.
I think it was much, much undervalued. And I bought Meta shares in my Discord community for $ 550 each. I told the members there. And as a result, we made, what can I say, buckets of money.
It's like putting the triceps on top of the biceps. The biceps would have to be much bigger to carry the money. The matter was progressing very well. But, now that Meta's share price is over $700, you know, I think this is where you see a pretty strong top in September.
The price was 776 at that time. I wasn't very excited. I think the price was a little high back then. Now the price is coming down and I think it creates a good opportunity.
So, I already have a lot of Meta, but since I'm making this awesome video for you , I want to open a Sell Put position and hopefully I can get myself closer to that $10,000 goal , because if I don't reach $10,000 in the next 5-10 minutes, I'll be very sad.
I also have two Leap options , which I gained $6,500 on. That went very well and then I made a lot of profit in the stock as well. So, the community was very happy. But, can I make you, who are watching today, very happy ?
And that is my goal. So, let's go into a sell put position and move a little bit towards December. So, I need a little more time to reach my goal of $10,000, because the premium on an option increases with more time.
And honestly, that's what I need right now, because I don't want to use too much capital to earn $10,000. And I do n't want to take too many risks. So, I'll place an order here for December 18th and lower the price a little more.
You can see that the premium is very high, but I definitely want to reduce the price. The reason it is so high is because they have earnings. Now, here the open interest is 453, volume is two, implied volatility is 41.
This is good. Any implied volatility above 35 is pretty good. Delta is my favorite place, around 0.3. I really like this place. I'll just open a contract and sell it. I can collect a pretty good premium.
I'll try for $23.55. The probability of the order being fulfilled is medium. Let's see if I can be assigned, or better said, fulfilled. And so far I haven't seen it fulfilled. I sold zero contracts on one.
So, I'm going to change this order and be a little less greedy about it. I'm trying for 0.45. 23.45. And let's see if the order is fulfilled here. And it does n't seem to be, because the bid-ask spread has changed the bid.
So, I'm doing this for the last time. I'll try at $23.20 , which is actually right below where the bid price is and I think it will probably get filled. Yes, it has been fulfilled.
Excellent. So, let's add $2,342 to the bottom of my screen.
