MSFT's recovery is justified by 18% revenue growth to $90 billion, operating income up 18% above $40 billion, Azure up 43%, cloud sales above $100 billion and an 84% higher $678 billion backlog. Its valuation isn't cheap, but MSFT should trade higher and is one of his largest holdings, ranked slightly above Meta.

Okay, this will now lead us to purchase number four. Here I think we have a strong competitor for the top spot against Meta. Here we have another of my personal favorites, the software and cloud computing giant Microsoft, whose stock symbol is MSFT, in which Trump also acquired shares worth up to $5 million.
If you have been following Microsoft recently, you will have noticed a recent resurgence that has led to its stock rising again. As you know, I've posted several videos about how I bought heavily when stocks were declining earlier this year.
So, I hope you are all enjoying these huge gains now as well .
In fact, I think this was Microsoft's biggest quarterly gain , and I think it's been almost three decades, which is amazing. Yes, this recovery happened because Wall Street finally woke up from that ridiculous fear that artificial intelligence would revolutionize this giant traditional software company.
In contrast , Microsoft’s latest earnings showed a massive 18% year-on-year increase in revenue to $90 billion , while operating income also rose by 18% to exceed $40 billion in profits.
And all of this in just one quarter of a year. It's amazing!
Even better, Azure cloud revenues have increased by 43% , pushing total annual cloud sales above $100 billion for the first time. In other words, artificial intelligence is increasing the importance of the world’s second-largest cloud service provider over time.
As a result, they have a staggering backlog of contractual orders worth $678 billion, a massive 84% year-over-year increase. This is what I have always said: enterprise customers will not abandon Microsoft.
They are making long-term deals at a faster pace than ever before, which explains the current boom in their software and subscription sales.
For example, the number of paid seats for the 365 Copilot service has exceeded 30 million, and demand for it continues to increase. In addition, Microsoft is expanding into new areas as well.
CEO Satya Nadella, for example, unveiled the new custom-designed silicon chip, Maia 300, which Microsoft claims, through its proprietary processor design , is now capable of processing 40% more code per megawatt compared to traditional GPUs, which simply means they will be able to reduce electricity costs and avoid major power bottlenecks as deployments scale up in the coming years.
This is a very important development in the field of artificial intelligence. Now, I realize that the current valuation may not be considered cheap. But when we look at the amazing financial figures they are achieving year after year, and the fact that their GAAP rating is still slightly below the industry average, which is somewhat unusual, I think the stock is still an excellent investment opportunity even in this case.
In my opinion, Microsoft stock should easily trade at a much higher price than other stocks. Therefore, the fact that this has not happened suggests that the market may still be somewhat hesitant towards this tech giant.
Therefore, for me, at the moment, Microsoft stock is one of my biggest investments. I am very impressed with this work . They even pay small but increasing profits.
Given the company's size and security, I think I would place it slightly higher than Meta in our list.
However, I find it interesting that the only two stocks I personally own and strongly prefer, and which occupy the top spot on our list , are Microsoft and Meta , and they are the only two stocks that are not currently experiencing a significant decline.
While some might argue that the other three stocks are slightly cheaper, at least given their current downturns and usual trading levels. But in this particular case, I think overall strength is the most important thing on this list.
And certainly, I see that clearly with Microsoft and Meta.
