IBM looks horrible. Looks really bearish. Only issue with IBM is not whether it's higher or lower. I like it a lot lower. The only issue is where to place the stop. The entry we know is under Friday's low.
Stop can be placed right here for safety or for aggressiveness right there. If you want to maximize the reward to risk, you use the tight stop. If you want to make sure you don't get stopped out, well, there's no making sure you don't get stopped out.
But if you want to reduce the likelihood of getting stopped out, then you use the wider stop. But of course, that reduces your you what you can make. That's IBM.
Although the company’s last quarter came in just 1% below revenue expectations compared to the same quarter last year, IBM still expects revenue growth of around 5% for the full year.
IBM is also one of the leading companies in quantum computing, and this could be the next generation after artificial intelligence.
