“What ORCL Project Jupiter Says About AI Bottlenecks, Small Cap Beneficiaries”
$ORCLNo side taken
Oracle's Project Jupiter delays stem from infrastructure bottlenecks and permitting issues, not lack of demand; Oracle has sufficient cash and clean balance sheets to finance these projects.

What is the overall overview of Oracle? What is your opinion on this matter? Actually, I don't cover Oracle news in "CS Mackie". concept.

What happened with "Project Jupiter" shows that demand is not the problem. The problem lies in the bottlenecks within the infrastructure itself. When you think about it, there was a permitting issue related to the pipeline they needed for natural gas to power some of the fuel cells.

Without that authorization, things were somewhat delayed.

“Risk Warning: 5 Stocks to Sell Before It's Too Late”
$ORCLBearish
Oracle stock will decline further; high debt costs and negative free cash flow make financing AI projects unprofitable despite large backlog.

This is how Oracle's stock has performed over the past year. The stock has fallen by 53%, and I believe there will be further declines in the future. The main reason for this is that the improvement in the company's financial situation is, in some respects, nothing but an illusion.

Oracle's recent price action indicates a failed breakout, suggesting weakness.

Oracle, I mean, these are major names. Look at the breakout failure on Oracle right here. Same with IBM, you know, these are some major names. Breakout failure that I like actually lower.

“Mark Zuckerberg’s Second Act?”

Oracle's high debt, negative free cash flow, and credit downgrade make it a risky investment and a potential market warning sign.

This week, Oracle invoked its force majeure clause. Am I saying it correctly, Lou? In one of its contracts related to the Stargate project.

Interestingly, Oracle and its partners in this matter are completely ignoring the issue. Yes, that's what really caught my attention, Emily , that they took it lightly . The stock price dropped slightly and then recovered, as if to say, "No, this is..."

ORCL lacks medium/long-term enthusiasm compared to sector peers due to data center issues.

Oracle tried to push things down a little . Things didn't end as badly as they started. I will give her what she deserves . However, in the medium and long term, it does not really share the current enthusiasm for data center, semiconductor and artificial intelligence stocks .

Things are relatively calm, with a 3% decrease during the day. They have encountered some problems in the data centers they work on.

“Oracle Calls Force Majeure Already?”
$ORCLBearish
Oracle's financial foundation is weak, indicated by the force majeure clause on Project Jupiter and reliance on off-balance-sheet funding.

Oracle is being forced to move forward in the field of artificial intelligence. Today we will begin with the news that Oracle has declared force majeure on a new data center project in New Mexico.

In short, Oracle claims that it is not responsible for costs or expenses in the event of delays to this project, I believe it is called Project Jupiter. It is supposed to start operating in 2028.

“Force Majeure No Issue for ORCL? Cory Johnson's Bullish Contrarian Take”
$ORCLBullish
Oracle's force majeure invocation is a strategic advantage that delays capital expenditure and proves contract strength.

Today we're talking about Oracle, that's our area of expertise, Cory. Let's talk again about Oracle, which made headlines and cited force majeure to protect itself from its data center.

What did you think of this when you first saw it?

Because there are many aspects worth discussing, I would like to ask you about everything related to Oracle. You can take everything I say with caution. Someone at Oracle said, "Why do you always say this before you talk about us?"

But I want you to know that I am biased. Okay, I'll give you my honest opinion, but you need to understand my bias. I was worried. Now I see this and I wonder: "Force majeure?"

I hope there isn't a hurricane in Texas. In fact, no one knows. This is generally the purpose of this clause, which is to deal with events beyond the company's control, i.e., major events that trigger force majeure.

I want to understand what this clause means, but I want to think about it in the context of Oracle.
