The proliferation of proxy AI was great news for cybersecurity stocks, and for Palo Alto Networks in particular. There is no doubt that the increased demand resulting from the actions of artificial intelligence agents creates an increased demand for cybersecurity.
But more importantly, and I think more impactfully, the news headlines were great for cybersecurity stocks, weren't they? We have heard about AI agents getting out of control and doing these things, and those headlines and concerns and what they raise among investors have really encouraged them to look at cybersecurity stocks as a solution to this problem.
Next up into PANW, also breaching above its previous all-time high. But you see price coming right back in getting shy of the fresh new waters up above. Now, if PANW does continue, you can see this.
It's already broken out earlier just a few trading do days ago pushed up and then since retraced and is maintaining somewhat of a loose consolidation up here in this range but still P&W is and will be in demand with cyber security threats with the looming uh um uh development and buildout of AI.
So we have PANW next upside target is going to be the 50% area of this parallel channel right around $4262. You can see this this next inclining trend line will be just slightly above that range telling you that this range and zone will be a lot of resistance should we get up into it in the higher range $435.
