You will notice a similar pattern, as the same applies to CRDO stock. CRDO's stock saw a massive surge on Friday, closing up 10%, then 7.7%. Now, interestingly, the stock has since fallen, crossing the price gap and thus completely undoing its rise, dropping 10% to its lowest point that day.

For example, CRDO, which is not on the list of top performing companies. This is Credo Technology, and its graphs aren't the best. Ideally, when a reversal occurs in the downtrend towards a potential new uptrend, we would like the lowest level to be higher.
The company announced its earnings at the beginning of September, and its share price fell despite the positive results. I am now focusing on the fact that the stock has moved back above the 50-day simple moving average , with a large trading volume , a good MACD crossover, and this is another AI-related stock, specifically in the energy management sector .
I invest in companies such as Nvidia, AMD, Credo and Astera Labs, as well as modern cloud computing companies such as Coreweave and others.
One of my favorite opportunities is Credo Company . When the stock price was below $170, we were talking about it, I think even on this channel, but we certainly brought it up in our few community discussions as well.
Credo is among my favorite companies in terms of ratings.
Uh, Dudy, you're mentioning CRDO. Looks good. Here's CRDO. By the way, um, this was this had a great day yesterday. Great day yesterday. I know Ripster and his group absolutely crushed this.
They actually used the multi-time frame cloud uh strategy. I didn't have this one in the universe yesterday, unfortunately. I might have done better if that was the case. But the good news here, look at this extension we're getting in the pre-market.
So, we are holding well above the intraday high from yesterday. And it actually looks like we're going to continue to extend higher here. And if we look at the daily chart, we're four points away from the 200 day.
So, right away, I would say that that's a key level here. Can we get above this? Close above this. We've got the 20-day and then we have a gap that fills up at 206. That gap is from 190 to 206 by the way.
So, um that is this thing had a great day yesterday. Can we get some continuation here today?
Tesla, ARM, Nvidia, TSM, uh even crypto, Oracle, Nebus, AMD, Cororeweave, Marvel, SpaceX, SpaceX, Big Day, ALAB, Credo, everything positive.
Now, jumping into the first stock, uh, Neil, that I want to jump into is going to be Credo Technology, ticker CRO. Um, this is a semiconductor player. they do really focus on the networking solution of of of AI servers and AI infrastructures.
Um, one of the big risk for this company is usually customer concentration. But I'm a firm believer that in this AI story, there's only a selected amount of people that are building AI infrastructures at these types of scales.
So no matter who you're working with in the semiconductor space or AI infrastructure space, customer concentration will be part of this business. It's a risk to understand but it's also understand that it is part of the space.
We did a practical walkthrough of how you would use that platform with Credo Technologies.
But the two companies that maybe we could call new Baby Broadcoms, Astera Labs and Credo Technology, the one that has actually sold off pretty hard.
Let's just take a look at Credo. This thing highlights who the leaders are in each metric. Credo is the one that's growing at the fastest rate, hundred and fifteen percent year over year in the most recent quarter, but it's the one that sold off recently.
Now, the three stocks that I want to take a closer look at are going to be Credo, ticker CD. Credle is really kind of helping with the networking solutions of AI chip developments.
They have a lot of growth opportunities coming in in the future.
But with Credto, right? Credo right now, year to date, the stock is up about 19%. Right? But from its overall year-to- date peak, the stock is down nearly 46%. It did peak earlier this year at somewhere around $32.
Right now, we're seeing at $162. So, massive pullback.
Instead, this is a stock that has been completely crushed, and that is exactly what happened to Credo Technology, whose stock ticker symbol is CRDO. Following the earnings announcement, the stock fell by more than 20% at one point, even though the underlying business continued to grow at an exceptional rate.
Okay, now we can move on to the third stock, which is a less well-known company in the semiconductor industry. Its market value is less than $50 billion. Much like Broadcom, it announced its profits and the market punished it, and rightly so , wasn't it?
I think that for Broadcom, for example, the reason for penalizing it is logical. I wouldn't be too pessimistic about the stock, but I can understand why the market is punishing it. The same applies to this stock.
but more importantly, Credo was down 20% after the earnings report.
But it's really interesting because you look at the difference between these companies. Credo, which is down almost 21% today, is a supplier of copper and photonics for data centers.
Data center technologies like Credo are slowing down due to margin issues.
CRDO, I don't even know who that is. CRDO CRDO Credo Technologies is down 18% today despite earnings be I literally know nothing about the company. I don't mind looking.
So, Credo Technology Investor relations. So, if I go to the SEC filings, I got an AK. Do they just have earnings? Is that why everybody's freaking out about them or something? Uh annual report was here.
Quarterly filings. Oh, yep. Might be exactly what just happened. Credo. This is an 8K. Yeah. This has Outlook. This has earnings numbers.
How about we have Credo Technology? That one's down. >> Yeah, that one is also down despite an earnings beat here and this is another one where expectations were higher going into its results.
So the bar is high especially about connectivity. This is a part of the picks and shovels story here. So, Credo shares down 11 12% right now. Um, again, investors were just looking for more.
And then there's also the question about uh margins here.
here. Um falling I think about 14% from its close yesterday. Initially it jumped up on earnings, but then the guidance was a little bit weak. Now there are day tradable opportunities here.
So one of the ones I'm looking at here, there's a gap fill at 370 right there. That looks to be intriguing because it also extends out here. So you can see right in here. So this gapped fill where we closed this day and opened the next day up here, that might be a day tradable level.
I'll be looking at a 370 pierce to the downside from possibly a day trade. In terms of a swing trade, no level for me yet. Maybe if it falls straight over the next couple weeks into this ascending trend line, I might be interested just a little bit. But we'll keep an eye on that.
Let's go to stock number two. Crito technology. What is a credo technology? Uh it's one of the highest growth companies in the world right now. To just kind of put some numbers into perspective, it just finished its fiscal 26.
Fiscal 2026 revenue was three times or triple what fiscal 2025 revenue was. In fact, revenue in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2026 was larger than all of fiscal 2025 combined. So, it is growing really fast.
I've got Cyber Soften. I've got Cororeef. Cororeef had these fantastic earnings, but man, they couldn't keep it up. Let me go to the day chart here. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. They popped on earnings and they basically gave it all up again.
This is sort of the data center trade is is uh getting a little rich, but that's all right. It's all a cycle.
